1K a year Seeking a dynamic Communications Specialist for a leading food production organization.
This role plays a vital part in the Clemens Food Group Communications Department by supporting efforts to Connect, Inform and Engage internal and external stakeholders with an emphasis on our more than 5000 team members across multiple locations.
In this role the Specialist will work cross-functionally with many departments to create, implement and promote informational campaigns, events and engagement opportunities.
Fast paced and multi-dimensional, this role is perfect for a communications professional who enjoys diverse projects, strategic thinking, project management and the opportunity to work with a wide-variety of clients from our hourly production team members to senior leaders.
General Communications Write, and edit communications materials for internal audiences, as directed, for various communication channels (TV, Intranet, Posters, Company Newsletter, Texting Platform, E-mail, verbal cascades, etc.
) Collaborate with multiple interdepartmental partners to ensure that all communications needs are met in a timely manner Create and/or coordinate key messaging and delivery for events and campaigns Assist Digital Specialist with social media creative content and monitoring Assist Digital Specialist with scripting, recording, editing, and distribute branded videos Work with outside vendors (projects, payments) as appropriate Continuously evaluate performance of communications and event strategies to improve processes Ensure that all corporate communications adhere to Brand Guidelines Maintain internal communications calendar, update SOP's and department playbooks Event Planning & Execution Develop and maintain corporate calendar of events Coordinate all aspects of corporate events, at all company facilities, from ideation to execution Create/update project plans, develop agendas and meeting flow, and initiate feedback sessions for events Coordinate set-up and break down of meeting venues, including food and catering services, AV, and onsite signage Digital & Graphic Design (Canva or Adobe) Create and schedule visual content for distribution on all internal communications channels (graphics, videos, photographs, etc.
) Create all visual needs for company events (posters, flyers, invitations, videos, etc.
) Photograph internal campaigns and events Experience Required 1 year(s):
to 3 years communications experience in a fast paced environment which required the following skills:
writing & editing, graphic design (utilizing Canva or Adobe Suite), project management and event planning and execution.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
