Who We Need:
We are seeking a passionate, collaborative and resourceful individual to join our world class commercial team.
You will partner with our outside sales team to enhance the overall customer experience through high level support and service.
We will provide all appropriate training.
Your Knowledge, Skills and Experience will include:
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred Previous customer service experience required (manufacturing environment a plus) Export experience a plus Outstanding interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Oracle a plus Strong organization skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks Results oriented with effective analytical and problem solving skills Strong team player with a high degree of personal ethics and integrity Demonstrated relationship-building skills Must possess a customer-centric, can-do attitude What YOU Can Do For Us:
General account management including customer correspondence, confirmation of orders, assisting customers with any questions or issues, etc.
Order entry - new orders, releases off of stock, order changes, etc.
Follow up on orders and any open issues (pricing, complaints, stocking reports, etc.
