Job Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated, result driven individual who focuses heavily on customer satisfaction to join our team! Our team meets with both new and existing customers to assist in the all aspects of their heating and cooling systems.
Being detailed oriented, friendly and the ability to juggle many tasks at once is a must.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Ensure the highest level of customer comfort and satisfaction by offering unmatched customer service and always putting the customer's needs first.
As the typical First Contact for our customers, you will set the tone for the entire customer experience.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met.
As the Customer Service Representative, you serve as the primary internal representative of our organization, you must convey to the customer a sense of expertise in our organization.
The CSR is also responsible for communicating customer needs and requirements to the rest of the team, in accordance with company policies and procedures, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Because you will be in contact with current and prospective customers, and you are in a strong position to influence their satisfaction and our company prosperity, this position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.
Duties Provide Fast and Friendly customer service to both internal and external customers Answer incoming calls related service, billing, and other departments Schedule service/estimate appointments in a timely manner Ensure Zoning is coordinated when making appointments.
Ensure delays, if any, are properly communicated to the customer.
Make out bound calls to book, confirm, inform, and collect payment.
Manage customer concerns within your professional abilities or pass to office manager as necessary.
Process any products registrations.
Assist in processing of any warranties or similar as needed.
Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current customers and prospective customers and generate new business for the organization's products/services where possible.
Follow up on all leads immediately upon receipt via all provided contact information Coordinate and assist sales and marketing efforts with marketing teams, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups as needed and making sales appointments as necessary.
Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Post notes within system of calls as they come in so customer file always current.
Keeps abreast of products and services of the organization.
Keeps up to date on all software and similar platforms utilized by the organization Other assigned duties as directed by management Reports directly of Office Manager Reports to Office Manager Job Type:
