Position at PBUSA as an order fulfillment specialist may include some or all of followings:
Register purchasing order into ERP system to trigger shipping process.
Working with Senior Shipping Specialist to handle global shipping of specialty chemicals, daily responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
Weighing small quantity of samples and packing; Preparing bottle labels; Preparing shipping labels and other compound related shipping documents; Email customers of shipping status; Update accountant of daily shipping list.
Update ERP system to reflect inventory change (in and out) Qualifications Willingness to learn, grow and develop him(her)self as a specialty chemical shipping specialist; Training in chemical handling and shipping will be provided.
General computer skill such as searching database, entering data, etc.
Training will be provided.
Highly responsible and accountable, problem analysis, attentive to details.
Some lab experience of handling/weighing chemicals would be a plus.
Note:
this is not a traditional warehouse, we do not need any forklift operators, thank you.
