2 Hatfield, PA Hatfield, PA Full-time Full-time $70,000 a year $70,000 a year 20 hours ago 20 hours ago 20 hours ago The Export Coordinator will report to the Director of International and Industrial Sales and will be directly responsible for all of the administrative activities for our export business which will include; Order management, Customer/country compliance, Inventory control and general follow through of the entire export process.
This role also includes direct interaction with customers, elevating the customer engagement process and troubleshooting.
This person will work within a collaborative group and will be made available to assist in other sales activities as needed.
Order Management Entering export orders for Japan and China customers Receive customer PO and validate accuracy and assuring product availability Confirm availability date with customer Schedule departure Hire/Coordinate with outside freight forwarder - air freight shipments Field any shipment or customer concerns - customer point of contact Address any logistical concerns - problem resolution Generate shipment specific export documentation Customer point of contact for all export related questions Interact with Customer to Create and print bilingual label as necessary Compliance Packaging and labeling compliance; maintaining understanding of requirements, assuring requirements are met Up to date on export regulations; Website research and USDA Staff NAFTA North America Free Trade Agreement form approval by customer product on annual basis Manage the processing of Application for export and 9060-5 health certificate Ensuring execution of existing export process Foreign Audit support Create and report Foreign Ag Services ESR weekly reporting Fielding audit requests from Foreign Ag Services Document control Inventory Management Communicate inventory opportunity with intent to minimize inventory levels of Fresh/Frozen inventory Coordinate frozen inventory Transfer Sending product to CFC for special needs Blast/frozen overflow to necessary warehouse Coordinate Blast freezer utilization; Communicate daily with fresh pork sales and material Management and warehouse Team CFG Participate in weekly department staff meeting Generate and report on KPI's Participate in customer meetings at sales request Participate in Continuous Improvement workshops and initiatives Quarterly IDP meetings Experience Required 2 year(s):
Export management experience preferred.
Prior experience interfacing with sales and production preferred.
Ability to quickly learn and work with new computer programs.
Ability to learn product application and substitution.
Ability to function at a high level within a team environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
