Basic
Job Description:
In a professional and friendly manner, responding to customer and prospect queries (typically chemists from pharmaceutical companies), including but not limited to the inquiries of the catalog products and customer synthesis chemicals.
Providing timely quotations based on our real time database and communication with internal chemists.
Entering purchase orders into system to trigger shipping or project initiation.
Update customer about project status and delivery timeline.
Work collaboratively with other departments such as shipping, QC, etc.
May need to temporarily support shipping team preparing shipping label, packing, etc.
Ultimately, you should be able to establish a productive, professional relationship with customers to promote the company's business and ensure smooth sales team operations.
Qualifications Willingness to learn, grow and develop yourself in PharmaBlock as a long-term career.
Great oral and writing communication skill, people oriented.
Good computer skill such as Microsoft Word & Excel.
Can search database, entering data in our ERP.
Highly responsible and accountable, problem solving, attentive to details.
Chemistry background required.
EDUCATION:
Minimal associate degree with Chemistry course.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry preferred.
Full time position but may start with contract (3-6 months).
