The Director of Category Management and Insights role at Clemens Food Group leads a team of category and insight managers responsible for creating and implementing the strategy for their respective categories.
Category strategy is inclusive of innovation, optimization, and sales enablement that will be the engine for growth within Clemens Food Group.
Talent Management Hire, onboard and develop Category Managers and overall team talent poolLead direct reports to set clear priorities and objectives in line with CFG talent management processPerform monthly coaching sessions with direct reports intended to coach and develop individuals to meet short-term and long-term objectivesEstablish and monitor KPIs of team.
