You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze business processes, design, test and implement effective solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities and align with business needs and productive uses of the platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, strong analytical skills, strong business acumen, and effective communication to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions.Your Education, Skills and Experience will include:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Salesforce Administrator certification (additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder is a plus). Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst with a focus on Salesforce. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred. Familiarity with best practices in data management and security within Salesforce. What YOU Can Do For Us Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed information about business processes. Analysis and Documentation:
Analyze and document current business processes and systems. Create detailed documentation of functional and technical specifications. Salesforce Configuration and Customization:
Utilize Salesforce features to configure and customize solutions. Work closely with developers to implement custom solutions when necessary. User Training:
Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on new or updated Salesforce features. Take proactive steps to drive further adoption of the platform yielding more complete and accurate data. Provide ongoing support and address user queries related to Salesforce usage. Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs in collaboration with the development team. Data Management:
Implement and oversee data migration and integration strategies as needed. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platform. Reporting and Analytics:
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to meet the reporting needs of the business. Analyze data trends to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement. Collaboration:
