Insurance Agency Team Member
Are you currently licensed to sell insurance, in the process of getting licensed, or willing to pursue an insurance license? If so, you may be a valuable asset to an Allstate Agency. Agents are actively looking for engaged, motivated individuals to join their team. In an Agency staff position you will have the opportunity to work as a member of a team of professionals dedicated to providing insurance and financial products to help both current customers as well as new customers protect what they value most.
Job responsibilities may include:
o Telephone prospecting and generating new business
o Selling Auto, Home, and other Products
o Generating quotes
o Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products
o Conducting policy reviews & update policies
o Processing payments & reporting claims
o Providing excellent customer service
o Networking
Requirements include:
o Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
o Customer Service expert; Sales experience a plus.
Allstate Exclusive Agents are independent contractors representing Allstate and are not Allstate employees. As an agency staff member, you will be an employee of the agency and not of Allstate Insurance Company or its affiliates.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
