Customer Relationship Management and Channel Support
Team alignment to grow targeted Foodserve/Retail CustomersTrain & Support Bus Development tools to drive growth - pricing, materials, etcOversee/engage for key strategic growth opportunities/close larger opportunitiesEnsure one page plans align with Fresh pork activity neededCoordinating to drive category management activities with senior account managers through both internal and external customers
Product Demand Planning & Execution
Maintain active growth pipeline for primals, review quarterly against established KPI's for performanceOut front position goals established, communicated, and KPI's identified on assigned primalsIdentify supply / demand needs within marketplace, communication across channels to adjust strategic directionEstablish daily / out front pricing based off contribution margin goal, provide guardrails to empower team to make decisions effectively
Product Management for assigned primal
Evaluate product specifications versus industry and make recommendation on Fresh Pork specifications based on cost & returnResponsible for coordinating resources and partnering with Commercialization team to drive spec changes and New Opportunity request to completion for customer facing requestsCollaborate with Sales Analyst by reviewing monthly results vs. plan for assigned product families. Determine any actions needed to address gaps and document in action log
Talent Management
Hire, onboard and develop Fresh Pork account managers and associate account managersPerform monthly coaching tool sessions with direct reports. Provide strengths and opportunities based on performance. Agree on actions that need to be completed in the next 30 days to move business forwardEstablish on-boarding plan for new department team membersIdentify the hard and soft skills needed in roles and effectively coach team towards improvement
Team CFG
Participate in cross functional task forces as availableParticipate and inspire team to participate in Leadership Development ProgramsParticipate in Clemens Food Group sponsored personal growth programs
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university? Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales with a strong customer centered focus? Export knowledge is preferred? Ability and willingness to recognize and respond to new concepts? Excellent written/verbal communication/presentation skills? Multi-task oriented and a team player? Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment where change and growth are part of the culture? Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills preferred? Ability to travel from time to time? Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail? Lead through example ? Must possess a positive Attitude

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
