The Retail Business Management Intern is responsible for aiding in the development of trade and account planning activities for the Retail Sales Department
Responsibilities
Selling ?Developing market insights and selling tools to assist sales team in meeting sales objectives with assigned customers. ?Administration ? Assist in the building and maintenance of customer trade plans, forecasting and contract management for assigned customers
Communicate ? Assist in building power points and presentations around customer initiatives and results to the CFG leadership and cross functional departments as well as sales presentations for the trade. ?Planning and Organization ? Review Customer performance vs. KPIs and make recommendations regarding go forward strategies
Qualifications
Experience or education in Food Marketing preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
Positive and optimistic outlook that inspires confidence and trust ?Ability to work in a highly organized fashion
Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and general connectivity of laptops and mobile devices



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
