This position of Business Manager, Retail Sales is an account management position that both manages strategic direct selling accounts as well as brokered accounts. This position is also responsible for all the strategic planning and communication of results. This position is also the laison between CFG and it's customers in order to enhance and deepen customer relationships.
QualificationsPlanning, Analysis and Communication Collaborate with SR BM/VP RTL on Annual Budgeting Process Communicate with CES team on major service level items for strategic customers Communicate with CES team to ensure order fill and delivery accuracy Maintain customer contact information in CRM Coordinate QA responses to customer complaints Analyze customer specific scan/shipment data, communicate findings and revise customer plan as needed Manage customer specific accrual balances (ensure internal process is being followed and payouts are accurately managed) Manage customer specific MDF monies (ensure internal process is being followed and payouts are accurately managed) Coordinate with channel management for customer specific marketing opportunities Prepare monthly shipment data reports for customer's review Prepare customer presentations Review and validate Forecast for customers volume / ads lead in the vistex trade management process for each trade planned customer Communicate competitive market or customer intel to organization Maintain accurate trade plans and communicate committment and changes to sales finance Present new opportunities for customer specific product requests Collaborate to build EDLP pricing strageties Manage customer specific product creation through stagegate processBusiness/ Process Management Clear and approve deductions and seek customer pay back as needed Fill out customer new item and set up forms Coordinate first shipment of new items to customers within CFG system Manage PL inventory levels Communciate pricing updates/changes to CES or sales finance Manage and enter customer contracts within customer as systems Coordinate samples requests Prepare and submit check requestsPerformance/Reporting Develop and monitor customer specific one page plans and communicate results quartely to organization Participate in bi-weekly Retail Channel meetings Communicate analysis of monthly Business Results of Customers and action plans to Senior Business Manager Manage and schedule opportunities via the CRM system Utilize CRM to track and follow customer Enter customer activities and communication into CRM Manage customer/account profitability Manage KPIs vs actual performance Track customer engagment activities Schedule monthly progress review with Executive Business DirectorCustomer Engagement Prepare and present annual / bi-annual business reviews for customers Communicate market changes to customer as needed Participate in customer solution training workshops Present new items to customers within 30 days of launch Present trade plans to customers Confirm retailer ad plans/events weekly with customer as needed Communicate marketing support to customers Deepen and expand relationships Engage in discovery sessions with customer Identify non-product solutions for customers Meeting with strategic customers Connect customer to internal resources Manage and resolve customer conflict with internal resources Participate in customer and industry event Coordinate customer visits to CFG

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
