Human Resources Administrator

Door Services Corporation is a business unit of Horton Automatics, an Overhead Door Corporation company. Door Services offers installation and maintenance of the doors manufactured by Horton Automatics (commercial sliders, optical turnstyles, revolving doors, swinging / folding doors, etc.)
Position Specifications:
Under general direction from the HR Manager, the HR Administrator provides administrative HR support to the Door Services division.
Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees as well as address any issues regarding payroll.
Assist in the recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, conduct phone screens, draft offer letters, complete pre-employment contingency requirements.
Conduct new hire orientation for all Door Services employees.
Conduct new hire safety training for all Door Services employees.
Update and maintain labor field service utilization reports.
Assists with the coordination of the company's safety program to reduce or eliminate occupational injuries and financial losses.
Coordinate with manager's incident investigation process. This includes workers compensation investigations and claims as well as OSHA reporting.
Administration of benefit programs utilizing knowledge of appropriate laws to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Assist with annual enrollment and process family status changes throughout the year.
Assist with company wellness program and health fair.
Review data and make enter information regarding unemployment claims.
Maintain Door Services organizational chart and employee directory which includes emails and phone numbers.
Use the appropriate technical tools to perform tactical functions, such as maintaining records, processing new hire and Status Change paperwork, and preparing reports.
Perform other related duties as assigned, assisting with implementation of HR initiatives and strategies.
4 years undergraduate degree preferred.
1-2 years' experience in Human Resource.
Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
