Responsibilities
Process Management - Priority 1 - 50% of Time
Own, manage, and report on Offsite inventory process
Enter orders for stock transfer orders to and from offsite storage facilities
Track inventory movement using PO confirmations to and from offsite storage facilities
Ensure visibility to inventory in transit to and from offsite facilities
Review orders and scanning activity for Stock Transfer orders for accuracy and escalate inaccuracies when they occur
Track offsite inventory quantities and report to area management on opportunities
Build positive working relationships with offsite facility personnel
Attend weekly MGMT performance meetings
Responsible for individual coaching tool and monthly evaluations with direct supervisor
Assist in the development, data collection, and system implementation of new labor standards
Develop system generated reports and help implement KPIs for accuracy
Analyze inventory gaps/issues and help identify problem and solutions for the team
Develop and Sustain System generated reports for process execution
Identify opportunities to implement simplified reporting tools and/or data and analytics
Support in the development of new SOPs, ensure systematic coordination
Identify Systematic gaps, and execute on closing the gaps in collaboration with management teams
Create systematic tools that reduce the need for over processing of systems/paperwork
Continuous Improvement - Priority 2 - 25% of Time
Identify define and help implement continuous improvement projects to improve warehouse operations
Help identify and drive system and process changes through data analysis to improve supply chain operations
Help Supervisors Identify training gaps in performance
Setup, maintain and improve user maintenance and other basic WMS configurations including LMS, storage locations, work zones, item maintenance, etc.
Warehouse Management System Maintenance and Support - Priority 3 - 25% of Time
WMS Expert and Super user - develop supervisor and team member training documents for continuous education
Support the WMS in slotting according to best practice ABC implementation
Optimize WMS through detailed configuration and testing
Ensure system functionality and synchronization Systems
Qualifications
Work experience should include at min 3 years in supply chain and/or warehouse analytics
WMS Experience required
JDA and/or Red Prairie experience preferred
Experience with warehouse labor management preferred
Transportation Management System experience Preferred
Excel analytics skills required



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
