Temporary Accounts Payable Associate

PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for Temporary Accounts Payable Associate in Colmar, PA !

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

  • Pay Rate: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience

  • Temporary - this is set for 4 months

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Assisting the Accounts Payable Department with various tasks including but not limited to:

    • Filing documents

    • Boxing up files and moving them to other departments

    • Opening, sorting, and stamping mail

    • Data Entry

Job Requirements:

  • Basic Accounts Payable skills

  • Experience using MS Outlook and MS Excel at an intermediate level

  • Candidate must be a team player that will possess solid communication skills, strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, have a strong commitment to attendance, and overall a positive attitude towards productivity

  • Previous experience with SAP FICO is preferred but not required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
