Administrative/Customer Service Support Representative

PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for an Administrative/Customer Service Support Representative in Hatfield, PA!



  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

  • Pay Rate: $15-17/hour

  • Temporary to hire!


Job Responsibilities & Description:



  • Responsible for all administrative tasks within office- phones, email, data entry, etc.

  • Support customer service team fielding all client inquiries

  • Formulate tracking reports for team

  • Provide technical product knowledge when needed


Job Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED required

  • At least 1-3 years of administrative experience

  • Experience within a customer service team in a manufacturing setting is preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
