Essential Functions o Complete product line responsibility (product, promotion, pricing, and channel) for a defined portfolio of products. o Develop and implement product line growth strategies. Investigate market needs for innovative products including market research through trade associations, internet and corporate services; monitor competitors and competitive products and participate in the development and implementation of response strategies; and work with Engineering to prioritize product development efforts. o Monitor and drive marketing communication needs in support of growth strategies, offer suggestions to enhance content displayed on key internet sites to improve customer interaction and order accuracy. Maintain product literature, technical catalogs, and other materials in the marketing library. o Manage all aspects of trade shows. o Assist in execution of product introduction programs. o Manage products through the life cycle, forecast and monitor sales and margin results and recommend appropriate actions as needed. o Develop and lead strategies for existing product innovations, modifications, and extensions. o Support field sales with information regarding technical aspects of products and applications, develop and present product training modules to field sales, distributors, customers, and employees. Responsibilities Responsible for developing strategies to increase division sales and profits while providing premier customer service to external customers, distributors, and field sales representatives. Strategies include product development, competitor and market analysis, technical and product training, technical services, trade shows, and marketing and commercial activities. Qualifications o 10 or more years of experience in dental or medical industry product sales management, marketing, and technical service which may include dental equipment/merchandise sales, dental or medical service technician support, or work with medical gas products. o Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies. o Proven experience managing multiple projects with aggressive goals and timelines, while ensuring exceptional customer service. o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or other related field preferred. o Must be willing and able to travel domestically up to 50% of the time. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
